Pros: The Owner Was Very Friendly & Helpful . He Brought Me A Fan Heater To My Room Which I Was Very Grateful . Bed Was Comfortable . Plenty Of Tea & Coffee . Right Near The Town Centre . Good Value For Money 💰

Pros: In town centre it was warm bed comfy shower good and a very good welcome when arrived and every day was asked if we needed anything very friendly

Pros: Beds was good and staff was friendly. Location was good.

Cons: Bathroom was bit dirty but was sorted with staff thabks.

Pros: We liked the table in the front garden. The beds were comfy, the TV worked and the coffee-making facilities were good. Saeed was also very friendly at check in and out. Thank you.

Pros: Nice place to stay, great location, exactly as described, rooms were clean and staff were helpful and courteous. Basic but still very good value for money, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Pros: We booked last minute and were welcomed by a very friendly host. Room was good value for the price, a bit dated but everything was clean. A short walk from the town center. Would stay again.

Great Location In The Heart Of Blackpool

Pros: Location was amazing literally a 1 minute walk to winter gardens and shops,restaurants,bars the lot. When you arrive somewhere after a long journey its nice not to have hassles at check in. The manager was lovely. Very helpful really polite and always with a smile any problems here he will sort immediately. We ran out of coffee and milk and within 1 minute of asking him for more he was at the door with refills. Now thats what i call first class service. All in all value for money you will struggle to get better. Our room was spotless too and the comfiest beds. Loads of hangers in wardrop. Kettle, tea, coffee, milk,sugar. Hairdrier available at reception too.

Cons: Wifi poor on very top floor but this wasnt a huge problem for us but i suggest if you need wifi book a lower level room where signal is better. Couple of minor issues but were sorted as we were leaving.
