Very happy .warm room .nice friendly staff and good food and good location thankyou .

Pros: Friendly helpful.staff .gave mw a double room with a bath in rhe room so was very pleased . Breakfast was very good too . . Bavon was lovely .only y thing maybe change the type of sausage .but good value fr money . Good location .

Cons: Maybe put a box of tea n coffee to restock at night bt staff helped when they were rhere . Want keen on the sausage .. .bt happy overall . I Will book again .this is ny 3rd time staying here

Lovely Hotel ideally situated near all amenities, shops, The Tower and arcades.

Pros: The breakfast was delicious, and so much choice. Good quality products were used.

Cons: It was perfect for me and my granddaughter. We both enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Breakfast was immense, kids loved being able to help themselves..the whole experience was a treat, from first walking in to leaving...very polite owners...highly recommend

Cons: Nothing, it was all very good, even the 3am arguement and doors slamming were part and parcel of it..🤣😂🤣

Reasonable priced handy place

Pros: Good breakfast. Good TV. Good accessibility with fancy screen no key required. Handy place as central and near shops and facilities

Cons: No lift and I was on a very top floor bedroom.Have mobility problems Could do with new carpets and a lick of paint. Could do with butter for breakfast Tesco spread was not nice
