Great value and friendly service

Pros: Very friendly staff. Convenient parking and location. Breakfast very good. Easy access to ferry.

Stress free with a great host

Pros: Dave is a great host and happy to oblige with any extra reasonable requests I arrived with 2 cars one on a trailer and was able to park in the large rear car park easily and safely for my stay

pleasant, comfortable better than i had expected

Pros: The room is spacious the beddings were very nice and comfortable the bed is nice to sleep in. the breakfast was good. staff are so nice I would book again and will certainly recommend to all my friends and families

Cons: not that i can think of may be a pair of slippers for the bathroom? apart from that, all are excellent

Spotless clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast

Pros: Very clean, fresh, friendly staff (Dave), helped with luggage. Excellent shower room. Good selection for breakfast. Poached eggs the best I've had for a long time. Very close to ferry terminal.

Cons: Nothing to dislike. Would have been nice to have a lift but at the price exceptional.

Stay with a family

Pros: This a humble property that is elevated by the wonderful family who run it, they make you feel at home. It is clean and our bathroom looked recently renovated. It was located just by the Mersey ferry terminal. Breakfast very tasty.

Pros: Brilliant friendly welcome. Let me check in early as had a funeral at the same time as check in. Great comfy bed, warm room and everything spotless. Will defo return
