Pros: Fantastic apartment. Well equipped and comfortable. Great stay with our two children. Excellent communication.

In general, the property is exellent and the owner/Helen is helpful and we feel like home.

Pros: The property/house cleaniness is fantastic, the wall/stair pictures are atractive and Helen is a very helpful and responsive person. She was alert and respond to the message as we late arrival we were a bit confused to find the property and we sent a message through booking.com and she helped us. She is really good.

Cons: The house is well occupied almost the kichentte is full but there is no cooker to make some home made food and there is no kichen sink all the used plates and cups keep washing in toilet sink, that is not comfortable.

Pros: Lovely cosy apartment with everything to be self sufficient for our family. Nice location and enjoyed that we had a little outdoor space. Thank you for the extras ...it was great to have tea and coffee when we arrived. Great communication, we would definitely come again.

Pros: Had everything we needed and more. Plenty of room for 4 of us! Helen helpful and able to get In touch with a response right away. In a perfect place for us to visit family. Will most definitely book again. Thanks Helen.

Cons: Not Helen's or really the apartments fault but the lady downstairs was a bit noisy both mornings. Could hear her coughing extremely loudly from 6am. Was very strange. My husband heard her the 1st morning (I didn't) and it was the other way round the next again morning.

Clean , Friendly, Professionally presented.

Pros: The host was very accommodating and everything was simple and easy to navigate. Apartment was very clean and tea and coffee and cereals where available to consume.

Perfect for a family stop over night!

Pros: It was exactly what we needed! We were in Preston as I had a sporting competition on the Sunday and we wanted somewhere where our daughter could go to bed before us; which isn't really possible in a hotel. I also wanted to be able to get up and have some quiet time in the morning before the competition to prepare for the day ahead. The apartment was so cute! We really didn't need more. Whilst the kitchen was basic it did us perfectly as we only needed to prepare breakfast and make coffees. We ordered pizza the night before and the delivery person was able to find it easily.

Cons: I have absolutely nothing negative to report.

Pros: Easy to find, quiet location, very comfortable, like home from home 🙂 appreciated that there was some breakfast cereal and also shower gel offered 👍🏻
