We had a Very comfortable few days

Pros: The house is tastefully decorated and very comfortable and it had all the facilities we needed , we will be going back sometime , the Chinese and fish and chip shop nearby are excellent.

Perfect.

Pros: Loved this accommodation. Stayed for two nights, location and amenities were spot on. Would recommend.

Wonderful Stay

Pros: We had a lovely stay lots of space big rooms, all essentials, roof terrace added bonus luckily we had the sunshine 🌞 good location Beds really comfortable very homely feel

Cons: It would have helped to have another tv in the apartment, we did see one in the wardrobe but no mains cable to plug in - 4 generations we all like to watch different on an evening

A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thank-you for upkeeping the property so lovingly. The atmosphere was very peaceful.

Pros: • Very homely • Very comfortable especially the lounge • Very clean • The kitchen is a good size and all kitchen utensils/ crockery/ pots/pans/electrical equipment provided •Vast amount of space • Loved the terrace

Cons: • The only drawback are the 2 flights of quite steep stairs, especially for those with back/knee/hip problems!

Pros: Lovely spacious house clean and comfortable and homely had everything we needed .great location for exploring the area with our 2 granddaughters plenty to do .bus stop outside so didn't use car much has great holiday .

Pros: Excellent value for money and a 5 minute drive from the beach , centre and pier. The apartment was very spacious and extremely well furnished and equipped with everything you need . We loved the mixture of vintage and new decoration and the roof patio was a great bonus. Hopefully we will be able to visit again.

very nice spacious flat

Pros: Beautiful spacious apartment above a row of shops, with parking outside the door. When we arrived on a cold windy evening, the heating was on and it was very easy to get in with the lockbox. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery, pans and utensils and the place was very clean. The lounge was very cosy and attractive. The 3 double beds were made up with high quality crisp linen and very comfortable pillows and there were plenty of large towels. It was reasonably quiet at night and we slept well. It would have been nice to use the terrace but the weather was awful.

Cons: The bathroom and en-suite were both a little chilly, but to be fair, it was the middle of winter and blowing a gale!

Cosy stay in a peaceful area. Will be back!

Pros: The house was perfect. The rooms were all a good size, cosy and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the living room was really homely. The terrace was also lovely. There's a corner shop at the end of the block. Nice recommendation book for the area.

Cons: Very small thing but a bathroom hand towel would have been good! Also the bathroom door didn't lock.

Pros: Very spacious and clean and nice quiet area. Convenience shops within 1 minute and a choice of Chippy or Chinese just a thrown stone away. A book with details of what's around Lytham or close by and also had various different takeaway menus provided. Access to Netflix and Wi-fi. The owner had really good communication and responded very quickly when I sent a query or update. Would really recommend this accommodation.
