Great local to all amenities

Pros: It was very central, Sainsbury’s, train station, local pub on your doorstep, plenty parking spaces, small back garden, duck pond at the back, TV in bedroom and living room, good size fridge freezer, the sofa bed & bed are both great sizes, 5 min walk to beach

Pros: The flat was spotless Quite, very comfortable The park was literally behind the flat Great for the dog It was the perfect stay The bed is enormous and very comfy Can't wait for the next time We will be back

Lovely break away with everything you need round the corner !

Pros: Beautifully decorated and clean flat , perfect for our little trip as a family of 3 plus our little dog . There are toys available for the dog , dog bed and toys for little kids . The property is a short walk from the beach and shops as well as a Sainsbury’s 1min down the road , so easy to do a food shop .

Very comfortable stay

Pros: Very handy location for us. Close to family and just across the raod for a good supermarket. Well set up with all the standard facilities.

Cons: Key collection was straighgtforward but I'm never confident of key collection from boxes, until I have the key in my hand.

Lovely little very clean flat with modern decor situated a short quiet walk to the beach, park and shops

Pros: The flat itself was really clean and beautifully decorated throughout, there were loads of little thoughtful extras that made our stay a lot easier- cleaning products, some children’s toys, shopping bags, some reading books etc. was lovely and dog friendly with bowls provided. Very modern with hive heating and Alexa speaker and the owners made sure we had lots of information about getting into the property and responded quickly to any issues. We would stay again.

Cons: Having a gate across the back courtyard would have been really useful with the dog but we were nice and close to the park. A hairdryer would have been useful also although I know that’s a bit of a luxury!

Pros: Lovely little apartment in a good location. Close to the beach and a lovely park. Sainsbury's just across the road too. Excellent for children. Will definitely be returning!

St annes flat

Pros: Lovely flat, near to everything great location, comfortable bed, would like to go back, just needs a bit of TLC, the little area outside the back door could be better, small table with chairs,or a bench it's nice to sit out there listening to the water fountain in Ashton gardens

Cons: The smell in the hallway and sometimes in the kitchen is not very nice at all, don't know what's making it smell so bad, does state there's a washer you can use , I think you'd have to be hudini to undo the lock!!!

Pros: Lovely clean and comfortable apartment in a great location .

Cons: Nothing, all good.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and well equiped, although no hairdryer but l was aware of that and took my own. I particularly liked the fact it had tea, coffee and cleaning products..There were toilet rolls, towels and extra bedding if required. The bed is lovely and large and very comfortable. The apartment is very well situated close to Sainsbury, railway station and the high Street, all within easy walking distance. The beach was 10-15 mins walk away. Parking wasn't issue as there was plenty of space on the street outside the property. Overall a very comfortable stay, we would definitely return.

Cons: Damp smell in communal entrance hall.

Pros: Location is perfect, easy walk to the train station, to downtown, and to the beach.
