Little Gem

Pros: Firstly, what a beautiful little find. The hosts were brilliant. Very clear communication and such kindness shown. Presents, chocolates, hot chocolates and marshmallows left for the kids. Christmas chocs left on each bed. Beautiful tree, lights and xmas decs. So quick to answer any queries and fab take away recommendations. The apartment is exactly as pictured, its very pretty. Ideal to host Christmas. It has everything you could possibly need. Garden is very private, hot tub is super close to the house. A short, easy, flat walk straight to the town, beach and arcade. We enjoyed every min, we didn't want to go home! 100% recommend and we will definitely be back.

Cons: Sofa bed is uncomfortable (I brought a topper), some people struggled with the other beds. we had 1 pillow per person which were quite firm. Steps to hot tub were placed so you entered on to a slanted surface of hot tub. Its ok unless you struggle with mobility. These were only very slight negatives and wouldn't stop us booking again. I'd just take own pillow and topper.

Nice accomadation

Pros: Warm and comfortable. Spacious and well equipped. Lovely Hot Tub. Thanks for the beautiful Xmas Dec's tree etc. On the whole area very nice.

Cons: Bathroom small. Shower loose and needs a descale. Needs hooks and shelf for toiletries. Water flow poor. Towels provided were small and poor quality. Kitchen area lacks space disappointing. Bed pillows were hard.

Pros: The apartment was excellent. Very well furnished and decorated for Christmas. The hot tub and garden were amazing.

Cons: The step inside the inner hall was difficult to see and should have been highlighted. I very nearly fell over when we first arrived. The lock on the gate was very difficult to use.

Cons: Chlorine was a little high in hot tub and water wasn’t always warm in the shower

Recent 3 night stay

Pros: Location, very quiet, privacy /private garden, hot tub in covered out building. Fairly spacious though bathroom was quite small, ideal for two.

Cons: Very small work surface area in the kitchen. Some furnishings looking 'tired'. 'Drain' type smell on the corridor between the bathroom & bedroom.

Lovely apartment with great facilities

Pros: Lovely location in a residential area. The property was spacious and clean and to have an outdoors play area and a hot tub was an added bonus! The hosts even supplied us with a cot bed and high chair which was really appreciated.

Cons: Parking is really tricky at peak times, there is a school nearby so on street parking is limited and no parking space is available.

Relaxing short seaside break with kids and doggo!

Pros: Super clean, brilliant responsive host, spacious and mostly comfy. Hot tub wonderful.

Cons: Nothing we didn't like! Just a couple of larger food bowls would be great!.

Wonderful property, great hosts good communication would definitely consider staying here again highly recommend.

Pros: Wonderfully presented property. Great facilities. The hot tub was a great addition especially after a long day walking.

Cons: Only draw back is there was only one bathroom.
