Lovely stay for a theatre night.
Pros: Although it is on a main road it was very quiet. Very clean with comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen
Cons: It was cold on entry to living area and took awhile to warm up, not being used to storage heaters we had no control of the settings.

Overall, good experience!
Pros: Location great! Rooms seemed freshly minted, all brand new, sparkling clean. Bed very comfortable.
Cons: Couldnt adjust heating, despite instructions. Small details- no dishcloth/ sponge/tea towel, to ash up few items used. Net curtain at bedroom window..? Looks directly into private house opposite.

We just wanted say how much we really enjoyed our stay it was fantastic, communication was excellent, the place was very
Pros: Everything it was modern clean tidy the staff communication was excellent. We requested an early check-in that was no problem. The location itβs a right little gem and Iβll be looking to book again.
Cons: Nothing really, but the only problem is where itβs located. You canβt really stop immediately outside the property with your bags but we found Mount Pleasant car park literally just down the hill

Fabulous apartment, lousy communication.
Pros: The apartment itself is excellent. It is quite spacious for two, with a very comfortable bed, a great bathroom with shower and a kitchen/dining room/lounge. It is in a good location, close to the city centre, about 10 minutes walk from Lime Street station. The local area was very quiet at night, so easy to get a good sleep.
Cons: I booked and paid in full for the apartment on 28th November. Our stay was to be on 7th December. I sent confirmation of our expected arrival time, 1500 and received approval for this. I then sent, as requested, copies of our passports and credit card details so the owners could take a security deposit. On the morning of our stay, at 0850, before we had left home, I received an email thanking me for staying at Clarence House and inviting me to complete a review. At 1445 I had still not received any instruction on how to enter the apartment, so I telephoned. I was told that the cleaners were still preparing the apartment but I would shortly be texted the entry codes. We arrived outside the apartment at 1500, still with no code and so no means of entry. Another phone call gave the information that the batteries needed changing in the door lock, so someone would be there to meet us and let us in shortly. At about 1510 a gentleman arrived, let us in to the apartment and changed the batteries in the lock. We left our bags and set off for our 1600 appointment still not having the code for re-entry. I was assured that the code would be texted to me soon! The door codes arrived later, by text. We returned to the apartment at 2300 and gained access to the building, but the code for the apartment did not work. We were now inside the building, outside the apartment, with our luggage inside. Another phone call to confirm the code eventually revealed that one digit in the 7 digit code was incorrect. Finally with the correct code, we gained access to the apartment at 2316. About 5 minutes later there was a knock at the door and another gentleman had arrived to check that we were in! Once inside I could not find the WiFi password anywhere. There is a promising looking folder on the table, but that held only instructions for the heating and literally no other information. It turns out that the codes were sent to me via the Booking.

Pros: The accomodatoin was excellent, great location and very clean. Really good value for money. I would definitely stay again.
Cons: The only issue was that they asked me to email a copy of my photo id and bank details to them - which is against the advice of booking.com. I chose to do this in person instead which meant going to the reception which is in a different building a 5 minute walk away from the appartment. They took a Β£200 security deposit which seems to take a few days to return.

Perfect location for Philarmonic Hall, would stay again
Pros: Perfect location for Philarmonic Hall for a concert, close to bars & restaurants. I liked how the lounge/kitchen were on a separate floor to the 2x bedrooms & bathroom. Plenty of toilet rolls, shower gel, towels, good powerful shower. Good sized wardrobe in the main bedroom with plenty of hangers & extra warm bedding. Wall heaters throughout were excellent and kept the apartment very warm. Lovely old beam in the bedroom, nice lighting. Easy to access the property with digital keypad. Friendly team who were very responsive to messages/emails.
Cons: Double bed was very springy & uncomfortable, one of the single bed's seemed to sag in the middle. Didn't like having to provide ID for all the guests, seemed a bit intrusive, but it was clearly written on the description so I cannot complain. Also, I was wary of emailing my credit card details to hold Β£300 deposit, but I rang the team and they took it by phone.

Perfect stay. Will definitely be back!
Pros: Perfect location with parking and facilities near by. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, everything you need and more!
