Very functional

Pros: It was very functional and ideal location for what we needed. Will return

Cons: They had spent money on doing the conversion and as an owner of holiday lets the finish let it down. Silly things like paint on the bathroom floor which the cleaner could sort / on the silver vent plus not replacing skirting boards around shower after a previous leak etc. Also there was only 2 brew cups and no wine/ beer glasses. Luckily Morrison over the road had some. But yet the was an air fryer and things over and beyond. But even with the minor issues we will recommend and return. I just wanted to offer advice its no way a complaint. I like people’s feedback myself as sometime they tell you something you hadn’t thought about.

Pros: Was upgraded to flat 2. Fantastic place. Clean, spacious, modern. We had a great time. Everything we needed for a relaxing time!!

Would stay again

Pros: Lovely little flat has all you need kitchen,washer,dryer,maiden,iron board you name it it’s got it host was very attentive and has parking and was clean

Comfortable and homely stay

Pros: The place was clean, cosy, and had everything I needed for the few days. It felt homely and comfortable to come back to after being out.

Cons: It’s beside a busy road, so you do hear some traffic, and night life but it was still a nice and pleasant stay overall.

Functional and cosy

Pros: Cute and bijou for one night. But easy parking. Totally cosy. Great wifi. Good netflix speed. Great shower and comfy bed. Kitchen fully equipped. Morrisons daily across the road. And £4.50 uber to Chorley Town centre. We will be booking again soon ! Xx

Cons: Heating randomly came on on the night. Settee would be better than 2 chairs. Carpet needs some attention at the door edges

Perfect stay

Pros: Great cosy apt. Everything you need and spotless. I left something behind and the owner was courteous and quick to send it back .

Cons: I would've liked perhaps a little TV or radio in the bedroom

Clever design Stylish and comfortable

Pros: Sitting area very comfortable, the entire ambiance was very stylish, clever small window placement made the space feel like it was over two levels and made it feel quite spacious

Pros: Perfect location, nice little set up. not too big not too small. lovely hot and powerful shower. good comfy and clean bed and rooms in general

Cons: thicker curtains on the bedroom window. more toilet roll!

Fantastic, comfortable apartment offering exceptional value for money

Pros: Spacious and beautifully presented, this would be very comfortable for a couple staying a few days. Great value for money. The owner acted very decently over an issue with a broken boiler, just one of those things giving a prompt and generous refund

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Pros: In good location. Easy to check in. Bed was really comfortable.

Cons: TV was a problem no aerial and no remote control
