Pros: I have stayed here before, and it was just as good this time as the first!

Cons: There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this place its Fab!

A lovely, cosy property - Would stay again!

Pros: We stayed here while we moved our daughter in to University. It’s a lovely, cosy and clean property - we also loved the fact we could park directly outside and the extra security of locked gates.

Cons: Unfortunately, our daughter had an allergic reaction to the bedding and by the early hours of the morning was covered in a nasty raised and very hot rash from head to toe! We can only presume it was due to the bedding being washed in a biological powder, not non bio. As we were moving her to uni the next day, we were able to fetch her own bedding from the car and dose her up with antihistamines. Other than that slight medical emergency and the fact we couldn’t find any sharp knives to cut up our ingredients for dinner, we have no complaints and would stay there again!

Pros: A lovely place, in an attractive village location, good sized living space, with all desirable amenities, a comfy and relaxing place to stay!

Brilliant Beech Barn - will look for first next time.

Pros: Found this place as the Premier inn was full due to the Rugby. I'm so glad it was! We stay over sometimes to see family and friends. We had a jam packed weekend of visiting. The barn is lovely. Very spacious, clean, safe (with key fob and electric gates), fab facilities (good iron), good communication, great location, across from Alberts, near all the pubs, shops and restaurants, good value for money and the hosts Pete and Zenna are available if needed (we didn't as it was such a good set up). I've been telling everyone about it but also don't want them to know so that it's available for us, ha ha. We will definitely return. 10/10

Cons: Nothing to dislike. No marks deducted. The only thing that could have made it EVEN better was if the TV connected to the Internet as its a lovely big TV and we could have logged onto our Netflix when chilling after our hectic schedule. There is wifi which is great, but the TV isn't connected. Some of the cutlery was already broken but we left this out for them. This is minor, minor, minor feedback as we loved it so much!

Excellent value for money and a great place to stay.

Pros: Quiet, great location, lovely hosts, spacious and it has everything you need. Also has a cute little dog!
