Pros: Comfy bed Good location Quiet area Very clean Good size tv

Cons: The room was very cold had to sit under the quilt to stay warm.

Pros: Was just around the corner from the pleasure beach. Karl was a great host and was there as soon as needed. 5* from Karl adter lettingnus stay extra night. Beds were clean and comfortable kitchen facilities and saved us a lot of money. The shower was a lovely temperature. All in all, fabulous stay couldn't fault it would highly recommend 😊

Pros: Clean tidy and modern it had everything we needed for our stay

Cons: The mattress is uncomfortable it’s really had so I found it hard to sleep also the toilet blocks Easily so I had to be very careful not to block it . It could do with new furniture in the bedroom cos it’s about damaged it’s fully working just got marks all over all the bedroom units and mould in the bedroom needs sorting as well but apart from that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anybody if they want to be near pleasure beach

Pros: Apartment was very clean. Facilities were good, suitable for me and my husband. Location was good, near pleasure beach and south pier. Instructions given of how to get in were very clear.

Cons: The only thing was that the Mattress was a bit soft so we had backache. We are used to a firm mattress 😊

Pros: The room was a fair size for 2 people. Nice comfortable bed! Extra heating provided and a fan. Deep closet with a shelf and hangers. Good location near the Pleasure Beach and public transport. WiFi booster. Nice size fridge with a separate freezer. Nice touch with tea/coffee/sugar/creamer sachets. Very helpful and friendly host.

Cons: It would have been helpful to have more kitchen utensils, e.g. a salad/mixing bowl, extra cutlery and glassware. Cutlery draw needed a wipe out. The shower was piping hot and the temperature couldn’t be adjusted. The apartment was a bit cold (October) and the radiator wasn’t giving out much heat so we used the extra heater provided. The rug needed vacuuming and under the bed was dusty but it wasn’t the end of the world. The extractor hood was useful when cooking but the light didn’t work which would have helped as the room light wasn’t too bright. Nice for ambience but not for cooking. A dustpan and brush was provided but no broom.
