Very good stay .Our family will not stay any where else but with Granada when we go to black pool . Staff are responsive

Pros: Electronic entry so didnt have to worry about keys,the shower was exceptional,clean and tidy nice lay out everything we needed

Cons: Heating was a bit of an issue but promptly sorted,very quick at coming to sort it

Pros: Perfectly located with nearby shops and a place to lock up our luggage while we wait for our train. It was clean and comfortable and staff were helpful and friendly. We were not disturbed by any noise. Overall a pleasant stay.

Pros: We stayed in flat 4, the room was lovely and cosy bed was really comfortable, the kitchen area was well equipped with utensils ect ! Would definitely stay again .

Enjoyable break with family

Pros: Really modern and clean apartment . Comfortable beds and good shower. Parking disc appreciated Good communications in lead up to holiday

Cons: Rooms overheated but turned radiator off in bedroom and living area. Blackpool was a bit run-down

Great apartments just not the location

Pros: Could not fault the apartment, such a shame it wasn’t located more central. Having a disability meant relying on public transport. Would recommend to others as families using pleasure beach the apartments are a few minutes away .

Great stay as ever with Granada

Pros: The property was immaculately clean as has been my experience with all Granada properties. The apartment had superb heating/hot water and the facilities were great as ever-thank you again Granada

Cons: Lack of Parking but you kindly advised me of this prior to arrival-I just arranged alternative parking prior to arrival.

Pros: Took our granddaughter for her birthday... couldn't fault location was brill! Flat was lovely really well equipped... quiet which was a surprise as so close to pleasure Beach! Highly recommend

Cons: Maybe bath sheets instead of bath towels.... my fault I am s sturdy bird!!!
