New osborne hot tub and jacuzzi suites

Pros: verry welcoming, rooms were clean and everything we expected

Pros: Nice and clean, friendly staff. The towel elephant is impressive.

Pros: The apartment was very clean very well looked after and had everything we wanted it was lovely I will go there again

Pros: Great value , great location, fantastic apartment and the bottle of prosecco was a nice touch.

Cons: Unfortunatly i ware glasses and getting into bed i had to put them on the floor. A small floating shelf on the wall would centre of the bed about 12inc up would resolve this problem. Get rid of the tacky coat hangers ( £5 asda nice wooden hangers )

Pros: Nice and clean, worth the money, hot tub was exceptional even got a bottle of prosecco on arrival which was a very nice touch

Pros: Everything was lovely clean and tidy, had everything there we needed and nice sized jacuzzi bath

Pros: We didn't want to leave, it was a home from home. The hosts were very responsive to anything we needed E.g. Extra towels. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Stay was very good would definitely book again

Pros: It was very clean and lots of space also wifi and the Netflix for the kids was perfect

Cons: Was a bit cold when we arrived and took a while to heat up might be the radiators needing bled

Would have no problem in recommending this apartment, great facilities and really good location.

Cons: Next door apartment were quite loud late night but not the owners fault
