Pros: the property was right on thw sea front and near the local pubs, shops etc

Cons: we were in a room that had an adjoining door to the next room and the shower cubicle was hard to get into as the glass panel was fixed and we had to manoeuvre around it

Great friendly warm place to stay & great food plus great location so pretty with Promenade lights💕

Pros: Great evening meal. We didn't have breakfast. Location is gab so many nice cafes & eateries etc

Great value hotel in a good location facing the sea.

Pros: Friendly staff and clean room, good location plus excellent value.

Cons: Nothing really other than the details given to Booking.com had not got fully passed on.

Pros: Not far from town centre..just over road from sea front + was able to get a free parking space just outside hotel

Cons: Turned heating off in bedroom was still to hot this was in winter ..lift was out of order so lots of steps to go up n down ..not good with a bad hip n knee..

Pros: The room was really clean and comfortable. There were tea and coffee facilities. The staff on reception were really friendly and welcoming.

Good comfortable stay, very happy.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent, good choice for most tastes!

Cons: ”for an older hotel the services and staff were excellent, however because of its age a lot of conversion work had been done resulting in a lot of corridors and changes of level with stairs which might prove testing for guests with restricted movement.
