Excellent

Pros: All the staff were helpful and really nice. We only had breakfast. Breakfast was fantastic. Entertainment was excellent. Half price bar was good

Cons: Bit more variety on the bar.. not much flavour in gin.

Value for money

Pros: The staff at The Queens went the extra mile as I brought my baby with me to visit family who were staying in the hotel. They provided access to the fridge and freezer for the baby’s milk and a high chair for dining with my family at breakfast.

Can not wait to visit again.

Pros: My 5years old granddaughter was over the moon with the sea view. Great room. Room was clean well catered for and bathroom was clean and great shower.

Cons: Loved the building, the Christmas decorations were beautiful. So a lovely hotel. Fantastic accommodating staff. Lovely breakfast lots of choice. One thing I'd have liked is moe accessible information on Christmas stays 2026 in website or on a flyer to take away.

Very friendly hotel in a good location!!

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a lovely Christmassey atmosphere and the downstairs was beautifully decorated!!

Cons: I needed water to take to my room on the first night but was told I couldn't get it....after harassing Jonathon he got me a pint of water from somewhere. On the second night, Yvonne very kindly got us 2 jugs of iced water! I felt the bar staff in the entertainment lounge could have been a bit more pleasant at the end of the night....for our last order the girl abruptly told me \
