Pros: Wonderful hostel, very helpful staff, they solved all the problems and needs I had. Well situated, very near Albert Dock, and with all the required amenities. Shared kitchen, but also they serve excellent breakfast and food along the day (not very cheap prices). A little supermarket is very near. Everything was clean and organised, the room was wide, obviously you may have the inconveniences of a shared place.

Cons: There is nothing to remark.

Perfect location and friendly staff

Pros: The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay. Its central city location was ideal, offering convenient access to key attractions and amenities. The rate represented excellent value for money, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout the visit.

Pros: Location was easy to drive to, free parking in a spacious car park, spacious room, comfortable beds, friendly staff and environment.

Cons: Completely unreliable taxi recommendation for Comcab in Liverpool who were unable to tell us who or where our driver was 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.

Pros: Stayed in the 8 bed room which was large and immaculately clean great location near Liverpool one Bus station had a well equipped kitchen and a cafe which served a cooked or continental breakfast at a reasonable £9.95 and £5.95 a 24 HR reception Bargain price

Cons: Nothing really except you needed to carry your card with at all times to gain access to room toilet and kitchen. heavy doors slammed a bit remember to bring your own towel and padlock if you don't want to rent them from reception I think it was £2.75 for towel rental

Pros: Spacious dorm. Large dining area, ok as workspace. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Cons: Being woken up around 5 or 6 times in the night. There's a small metal storage shelf by each bed which is worse than useless because items fall off it and crash down onto the floor. It means that the top bunk person in particular has nowhere to keep personal stuff. The beds are a little creaky and clangy too. Mattress is ok. Storage for bags is in large wooden cupboards, bring a lock. Bathroom is inside the dorm, and that too contributes to guests being woken up.
