Laithe Cottage

Pros: Lovely cottage with hot tub. Great hosts on a farm. 10 mins from ulverston town centre. Definately recommend and have done.

Pros: Was a very lovely stay at this cosy cottage, was excatly what we needed to relax and chill this weekend, definitely will be back next time, so peaceful and calming.

Lovely cosy cottage with great hot tub.

Pros: The living areas were very spacious, everywhere was immaculately clean. It had a lovely cosy feel. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was lovely and hot. The cottage was nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the hot tub too which we were able to use on all 3 nights of our stay.

Cons: There was very little not to like, the only thing to mention was that it was a bit too warm at night.

Short and sweet

Pros: The location of this cottage is an absolute joy, amazing drive through the country side leading up to it. It is located next to 2 reservoirs perfect for fishing.

Cons: The only issue was that the keybox was malfunctioning as the code provided did not work, we found the keys in the door on arrival and left them in the door when we checked out.

Pros: No fault at all, all perfect, clean and well stocked. perfect location for days out.

perfect spot for a peaceful stay in the lakes

Pros: the location is really scenic and gorgeous, really quiet (except sheep noise lol). the cottage was beautiful. i’ll definitely be staying again.

Cons: the beds were quite squeaky!

Great break away

Pros: The cottage was beautiful and in an ideal setting for a chilled break...very clean and we loved the hot tub

Cons: Our only suggestion would be a toilet upstairs

Pros: We loved everything about the cottage, very comfy sofa and sofa chairs, well equipped kitchen. Bath was a premium quality, so spacious!! Hot tube was amazing, lots of towels provided. We really felt like at home. We loved the eco dot ( we use the same one at home :)) with a Spotify included. A bottle of wine was a really nice touch. We had a very relaxed stay and we will definitely look to book again in the future.

Cons: Maybe a few less messages form the sykes cottages, (they were pretty long too ;)), but that's just a minor thing that didn't affect our stay at all

Pros: We loved how clean, warm and cosy the cottage was! Also the hot tub was amazing & lovely and warm!

Pros: Fab location for exploring the lakes. Comfy and cosy cottage, nicely furnished and great hot tub!

Cons: Poor communication with Sykes Cottages regarding our request for 2 extra guests staying in their motor home next to the cottage.
