Pros: Lovely house in the centre of Lytham close to all amenities

Cons: Noisy in the morning in the front bedroom with the throwing of bottles etc from the pub opposite

Very pleasant indeed. Enjoyed a great weekend.

Pros: The location was perfect, close to the high street, Booths and Wetherspoons. Property was extremely clean.

Cons: Would have preferred a larger bed and mattress cover.
