Pros: Very friendly owner. Short walk to Blackpool Tower

Cons: No shower towel. Floor dipped and squeaked by bathroom.

Pros: A good value centrally located hotel. The bed was King size and warm . For what I paid and for communication and reception I was impressed . The rooms are compact . On site parking was a bonus .

Cons: No adverse comments it is rather compact but very good value
