Very nice

Pros: Property was fantastic was clean very nice host left a hamper was such a cosy touch easy enough to get a uber or taxi into town 10 to 15 pound for a taxi from the house to town rooms were big. beds were comfortable

Perfect Stay for Our Family!

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this guest house, which was absolutely ideal for our family of 7. The accommodation was perfect—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Ian went above and beyond to make us feel at home, providing a lovely welcome basket filled with treats and ensuring we had everything we needed, including milk, coffee, and tea. It really felt like a personal touch that made the stay even more special. The location couldn’t have been better, especially for us as we were attending a football match at Anfield. It was so convenient to be just a short distance away from the stadium. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Amazing everything we needed for a wonderful weekend in Liverpool 🥰

Pros: Amazing property clean and comfortable, lots of little extras including the welcome basket and towels. Two bathrooms so we could have a girl & boy’s bathroom 😊 would definitely stop here again.

Cons: Parking, not the fault of the owner . Just a bit of a headache you pay for the location.

Pros: This property is clean, spacious, bright and has all the mod cons. Very close to Anfield, if you are attending a game. Communication was excellent throughout the stay.
