Pros: Cosy and welcoming with very comfy beds x added bonus of a snug which we didn’t use. Also bikes available.

Cons: Only comment is lack of toilet rolls !!! Would expect more than half a roll! Basic supplies such as toilet roll should be provided

An absolute treat of a house to stay in, definitely would return!

Pros: Lovely quiet location - no traffic noise, a few local shops and a pub. Everything you could need or want available in the house, there was even a spare usb-c charger! We needed for nothing and the house was absolutely immaculate. Well situated for Windermere.

Cons: There wasn't really anything to fault, if I had to think of anything the parking was probably the worst bit but even that wasn't too bad really, we did manage to park two cars in the street, just not right outside the property - very minor point!

Pros: beautiful property set along side the river, very spacious and beautifully furnished, the cottage had a lovely homely feel to it and met our every needs as a family with two dogs and a 19 month old and gave us some much needed family time!

Cons: absolutely nothing

We have booked again as the cottage, area and location were exactly what we were looking for.

Pros: Very peaceful settings. Occasional noise from the dogs in house behind but did not affect our stay. Well equipped quirky cottage in a nice small village and within walking distance to the local pub. It was lovely to be able to sit in the front of the house in the morning listening to the birds and the stream. Very tranquil. Good sized BBQ in the yard with enough seating for all guests. Beds and sofa were comfortable.

Cons: It would have been nice to have had a welcome pack of local produce on arrival as some of the other cottages offer this as a nice touch.

Really enjoyed our stay at Low Row and the Winter Market at nearby Holker Hall.

Pros: The location is very convenient as is the local pub. This is our second stay as the property is good value for money.

Cons: Maybe a local welcome pack would be a nice touch as the check in time is late afternoon. However, there is a shop very close to the property that is well stocked .
