Perfect for our fortnight spent there when we were between houses.

Pros: Excellent location. Very well appointed. Spacious, comfortable and warm.

Cons: Crockery didn’t sit easily in dish washer!

A super cottage from which practically the whole Lakes area can be accessed.

Pros: Heating Excellent during a very cold spell of sub-zero days.Large bedrooms,lounge and kitchen.Off road private parking.Excellent base for seeing the Fells and most of the lakes South of Penrith.

Cons: Nothing!!!

Modern comfortable unit with super parking

Pros: Clean modern well-furnished interior in a charming Lakeland style cottage. Excellent kitchen facilities. Roomy parking area.

Cons: Bathroom a little small/tight with a small sink and limited surface for shaving/cosmetic items.

Lovely place to stay.

Pros: Quiet,convenient location. Good quality kitchen utensils,bedding and towels. A pleasure to stay there. Lovely welcome surprise.

Cons: Well equipped kitchen,but a cafetiere would have been appreciated. Conflicting interests for tv,a small tv in one of the bedrooms would have been nice. We don't all like sport! These are just minor things that would have suited our family,not a real problem.
