Host & Stay - Bay View House

Lovely retreat with exceptional views

Pros: The house was beautiful and met all our needs. The hot tub was perfect, and the house was very clean. There was ample parking and the electric car charge was a bonus. The beds were so comfortable, everyone slept well. The sofas were also really comfortable and the decor was beautiful. The views were amazing, and the house was well positioned to explore all the quaint shops and cafes.

Cons: The door locks were very challenging, on the front door and the patio doors, it took us ages to get in. Heating on the top floor was poor unless the thermostat was really high and this made it too hot for the other floors The patio doors in the top floor bedrooms were very drafty, the curtains definitely helped, but daylight was visible through the doors. Owners might want to look at this to avoid water ingress. The property was very expensive for outdoor of season.

Pros: We have just returned from a 3 night break over the Christmas/New Year period. We all had a fantastic time. The property was lovely and had everything we needed. Location was excellent with local amenities plus the easily accessible promenade which we used for a walk. The best feature is the view onto the beach from the kitchen which was fantastic in the mornings. I would highly recommend this property and would love to return.

Pros: House was fantasic and veiw from back was amazing. The house was furnished to a high standard and was spotless. Could not vault anything amd cannot wait to return.

Fabulous stay at Bay View House

Pros: Bay View House is a stunning home in a fab location. The kitchen is well equipped for large parties and the outdoor space is amazing.

Pros: Amazing house so much space, very comfy, lovely soft furnishings and very well equipped kitchen everything you could need was there we love every minute we was there and the children wanted to stay for ever😀

Cons: The only negative was no outside rugs which wouldn't have been a problem but when we stayed we was blessed with beautiful hot weather so the slate tiles outside got very hot and the children we had with us like to run about with bare feet so they found it very hot to walk on so maybe a couple of rugs would solve the problem.
