Great location by lovely village and canal

Pros: Cosy when warmed up. Smoke alarm was chirping but Richard came and sorted out quickly, and made sure that no other alarms would go off inappropriately.

Cons: Initially cool on entry, which is understandable in winter. Slightly disappointing that no Christmas decoration. Entry door lock fiddly to operate, and door sticky, again probably due to very wet weather
