Our second stay here!

Pros: Our second stay here! This time Christmas. Perfect location for us to stay with our dogs. Canal walk at the end of the garden. Beach walk few minutes drive. We arrrived to fridge stocked with essentials and Christmas treats too! Very nice Christmas tree. Care and thought put into our stay. Thank you!

Amazing house, excellent location

Pros: Very clean, cosy, lovely touches eg Prosecco milk etc

Cons: Loved everything however could do with another toilet

Pros: Fantastic location for us visiting family. The canal at the bottom of the garden was fabulous for taking our dog for a walk. The property was outstandingly clean and decorated to a very high spec will definitely be staying again. Added touches such as tea,coffee,sugar,bread,milk,orange juice and a box of chocolates were very thoughtful and welcome after a long drive.

Wonderful home by the Canal

Pros: The house was perfect for us. We had a wonderful weekend and also met the owners family. The house has been very tastefully decorated and clean. We would happily go back.

Pros: This property was perfect in every way. Lovely welcome gifts, products around the house. Lots of games and things to entertain the kids, should the weather be bad, luckily we were ok with the weather. ☺️

Cons: Could have done with second toilet, but we managed, it wasn’t a deal breaker.

Lovely well thought out house just like home from home fantastic

Pros: The house was beautifully presented modern and clean .The location was ideal walking distance to coop a lovely fish and chip shop and also a record shop which my son who collects vinyl was very impressed with .Short drive to morecambe and ideal location as a base to explore the lake district. The house had a lovely enclosed garden which backed on to the canal which was lovely to take a walk and close to the royal pub you can enter from the canal path into the beer garden a couple of minutes walk Had an amazing holiday here and would highly recommend this property everything was perfect and couldn't fault anything at all

Cons: There is nothing I didn't like

Pros: Really clean and comfortable. Lovely extras like shower gel, tea, milk, bread and chocolates. The cot, mattress and high chair were great as well.

We had a lovely stay and the house was immaculate and comfy. Lots of attention to detail, even the bedding had been iron

Pros: Spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The canal, shops and local pub were all in walking distance and the lakes are just a short drive or bus journey away.
