I felt safe Area was fine I could park easily Suited my situation for an overnight perfectly had two

Pros: Booked just a room but tea and coffee was on offer I took my own breakfast and was able to use kitchen to eat it in the morning

Cons: I’m always a bit anxious about using a code to enter a property but instructions were clear and it worked well and owner was in when I arrived

Pros: Evident attention to detail throughout. Well appointed room and a very comfortable bed and bedding. I had a relaxing evening and a good night's sleep. Immaculately clean and beautifully finished bathroom with shower/ bath. Toiletries supplied..nice touch. Access to kitchen which was useful for making fresh coffee this morning. Also microwave, oven and storage room in fridge for each room. Again tea and coffee supplies which guests can use. Warm, relaxed hosts without being intrusive. Both a Sainsbury's Local and a well stocked co-op on the doorstep. Great base from which to get into Manchester or explore countryside nearby Inc Clitheroe and Forest of Bowland as well as outskirts of Bolton.

Cons: Not really a dislike so much as the fact of its location,: which is edge of town / semi rural rather than rural, which also allows it to be charged very competitively.

Feels like home

Pros: Second visit! The owners are lovely, very welcoming. Great location, close to the Train station and close to local shops. Will definitely be using this accommodation regularly going forward when I travel to the UK for work.

Really deserves the high ratings it gets.

Pros: Easy access to town centre and lovely area to stay. Hosts get back to you quickly. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Home away from home. Highly recommended

Pros: 10/10 rating, good place, friendly host, good room with big tv. Checking in was easy and straightforward Easy access to public transport and the shops Good area for walks. Stayed 18 - 21 Sept 2025 Would definitely stay there again if the accommodation is available whenever I visit my uncle and aunty in the future

Pros: The room was very cozy, a bit small but exactly how it was advertised on the pictures. The hosts were the most lovely people. They tried everything to make my stay better and help me in any way they could it was an excellent experience and I would recommend it to everyone.

Perfection & will 100% return!

Pros: I absolutely loved my stay over. Room was cosy & clean, the kitchen had kettle with tea bags of many kind etc, milk & bread etc. Other residents where very quiet & friendly. The 1 member of staff I met (male) was super helpful & friendly. Was a perfect stay over & definitely met my needs for my pleasant stay over. Also had an extremely early check in at no additional fee. 1 very happy customer!

Pros: Very comfy and cosy. Great to come back to after being on a course. Slept well and felt comfortable.

Cosy and affordable with a clean bathroom.

Pros: The price was very reasonable and the facilities were very clean and well-maintained. It was great to have space in the fridge and freezer to use as well. I would stay here again if I was in the area.
