Warm welcome for family weekend.

Pros: We loved the lounge bar and friendly welcome. The pre-ordered breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked quality produce. Great location close to Cliffs tram stop

Cons: The bedroom was cold on the first night, but fine the second, but is ready for a face-lift. Bed throws need updating and curtains instead of or as well as blinds on the window would help to keep the room darker and warmer in the night.

Pros: Friendly hosts, comfortable room, close location to tram stop, able to park locally, well cooked breakfast.

Pros: Great place to stay. Lovely hosts made us feel welcome and great breakfast.

Homely and welcoming.

Pros: Bee theme and comfy bed. Outside area a pleasant extra in the sunshine on arrival.

Cons: Slight damp smell in the main bedroom.

Pros: Friendly staff room was lovely and breakfast was great i would definitely stay here again 😋

Great place for a short stay in Blackpool

Pros: Had our own space as it was away from the main property. Having two bedrooms was great as we took our daughter and her friend. The breakfast was good too!

Pros: The hotel was excellent. Well located and with a short distance to the town. The hotel was very clean and the food and service was very good, and the owners were very pleasant and welcoming.

Lovely break

Pros: Really nice location on the outskirts of the central part of blackpool however a short journey into it. We were really impressed with the hotel, room was clean and beds comfy and all staff friendly and courteous! Onsite parking was appreciated and the breakfast provided amazing. Thanks for having us we'll definitely be back
