Pros: From the very warm welcome to the reluctance to leave our family had an amazing stay. Breakfast was amazing. Every attention given. Had to purchase the home made marmalade. We can't thank Craig & Julie enough for our wonderful stay.

Cheap, friendly and a pleasant stay

Pros: The staff were super friendly and really helpful, the breakfast in the morning was really nice as well

Cons: Just a better bed, was a little bit uncomfortable but was fine for 2 nights

Excellent hotel

Pros: Location a half hour walk to the centre and close to a tram stop with free and plentiful on street parking. Friendly welcome, good information pack in the room. Large, well decorated room was very comfortable - pillows and bedding was bliss. Bathroom, shower all clean and modern.

Cons: We're used to a blackout blind under a blackout curtain at home - so basically, darkness at night. It felt like daylight sleeping in here by comparison! That's not a criticism, it's just to be aware of for some. The blinds worked fine for privacy, they just let a lot of light through.
