Pros: Perfect location for what we wanted to do staff Perfect breakfast very nice staff were brilliant nothing was a problem & so friendly would definitely stop there again

Lovely nights sleep

Pros: Really comfy bed and hot shower that worked well. Nice touch to have biscuits, tea, coffee and hot chocolate by the bed. Lovely central spot for the wintergardens too.

Clean and safe place to stay in Blackpool

Pros: It was a clean, welcoming and safe place to stay while we visited Blackpool with my two young daughters. We felt very comfortable during our two night stay and the location was ideal both for visiting all Blackpools main attractions and being a base for attending a local dance competition. Would recommend staying here if you have a family as the host is very strict about noise levels after 10pm and being a safe environment.

Cons: There wasn't anything I particularly disliked. Its not a luxury hotel but for a safe, clean and welcoming place to stay for a reasonable price I would say it excels in offering this.

Great stay

Pros: Room was clean and warm.Plenty hot water,a great shower.There was a small fridge,iron and board if needed.Two bottles of water ,tea ,coffee,hot chocolate and milk topped up daily.Great location for all Blackpool has to offer.Lovely places to eat and drink.

Cons: Only thing we struggled with was the stairs to our room.So next time I will request a lower floor

Absolutely great stay cannot wait to come back manger was extremely friendly and helpful

Pros: The hotel manager was extremely polite and helpful thus is our second stay and will always come back 1. Cleaniness 2. Excellent customer service and very friendly. 3. Attention to detail water, tea, coffee and chocolates. Iron and ironing board and fully working fridge. 4. Luggage storage 5. Quiet times in place. 6. Central location to winter gardens and tower

Cons: Lounge area could be utilised better instead of being used as storage area, maybe a tv and sofas would definitely use this space to meet with family friends staying at this hotel instead of being confined to rooms.
