Preston Studio Flat

Exceptional little flat

Pros: The property is just a short 5 minute walk away from Preston City Centre - so it’s perfect for a weekend getaway. It is a cute, small flat on ground floor in the quiet part of Preston. The shower & bed were sooo lovely and comfy.

Cons: There is nothing I didn’t like.

Pros: We came in later than expected, wet through as it was raining. The place had an airer for the wet clothes, electric heaters through out, facilities for making hot drinks/ food and a hot shower. The door code instead of a key was easy to use.

Cons: Noisy air conditioning outside,and passing cars were easily heard. Could have done with a hair dryer.

Pros: Close to city centre great studio flat recently done up so inside look perfect host was amazing come out in person to check everything was ok and had everything we needed

Fabulous Apartment

Pros: Comfortable, clean, everything you need. Love the additions of the first aid kit, bottles of water. Great communication from the owner, so helpful & quick response.

Pros: Perfect place for stay, every facility available except hair dryer and iron

Convenient, clean, value for money.

Pros: Great location. Liked that Salim let us check in an hour early for no extra cost. Flat was very clean. Tea bags and toiletries provided.

Cons: Would have been helpful to have a few more cooking utensils/plates. We were generally very happy with the accommodation however.

Good value for money, comfortable and clean

Pros: Excellent value for money, comfortable and clean property for my 4 night stay in Preston. Property had all I needed for a simple stay and was well located for both the rail and bus stations that I used during my visit. The host, Salim, was very attentive and helpful, both in sending information before my stay and ensuring that I was comfortable whilst at his property.

Cons: No major problems to report. So long as you are not expecting 5 star hotel facilities for the very reasonable per night room rate, you will enjoy your stay.
