Pros: Apartment was lovely, very spacious and clean. Great location, staff really helpful we had problem getting but staff sorted with in 5 minutes. Will definitely stop again. Location is good aswell.

Wow factor in bucket loads

Pros: Massive penthouse apartment, great location, was exactly what we wanted for a 50th birthday treat.

Pros: Spacious, clean, crisp modern decor, excellent location.

Cons: The key was not where we had been told it would be when we arrived. This led to phone calls to the customer service. However, they sorted it out quickly. The patio area needs attention as the decking and wooden part of the handrail are well past their prime.

Pros: really nice apartment with a balcony, clean toilets and comfy beds

Cons: the toilet tiles were very slippery so please be careful, and maybe it was us that didn’t really know how to use the sofa bed but it was a struggle to accomodate two people on it. i also saw just 1 tiny silverfish which shouldn’t be a big problem but after reading the previous reviews it might be related. check in was hard because the lockbox was really tiny and hidden behind the pillar so maybe pictorial tutorials will be better for foreign guests. the instructions on guiding us to the room was also wrong, they instructed us to turn left when the room was on the right so it was a hassle as we had to drag our luggages around. their suggested parking is either street parking or a parking lot that was near to the docks (which is quite a distance to walk, more-so when you’re tired) there is however a small parking lot somewhere behind the building that offers cheap rates for a night’s stay.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Very modern.
