Good place to stay, comfortable and warm, close to amenities.

Pros: Suited my purpose well. comfortable accommodation. Places to eat and drink close by. About a mile or less to get to the centre of Liverpool where there was plenty of places to shop and to eat and drink to cater for all tastes.

Cons: The windows were single glazed so bit of traffic noise until the evening
