Lovely apartment, good value, short walk to centre

Pros: Big apartment. Clean and had more than everything I needed. Loved having washer/drier.

Cons: Broken heater in the living room, but I was warm enough. Stain on sofa. In derelict industrial area being developed not somewhere I’d want to walk alone but didn’t feel unsafe and lots of new student accommodation over the road.

Great location and spacious

Pros: Property is a lot closer to the city than Google Maps tells you. You can easily access the main street and be there in 10-15 minutes. The flat is spacious, clean, and has all the basic supplies for cooking and cleaning up. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Nothing bad. But a small tip to consider: the entire region where the apartment is located is undergoing a lot of construction work and renovations, so it is not the most attractive area. However, it was not a problem for us, access to main street is direct, and we always felt safe.

Comfortable and relaxing apartment.

Pros: Large modern apartment close to train and city attractions.

Cons: Key pick up and drop off from a remote location was a bit of a nuisance.

Absolutely brilliant.

Pros: Excellent location for town and Anfield. Comedy club down the road was amazing to have on your doorstep. Flat was very modern and clean and super comfy bed.

Cons: Could do with more basics like cutlery. And more mirrors definitely required. Small things but easily fixed.

Pros: Everything can not fault it was clean, smelt fresh on arrival. Everything you need from home to home

Cons: Key pick up should be flexible half a hour before

Very good but for £20-30 less this would be a top choice.

Pros: Nice flat. Very clean - it’s brand new basically as of June 2024. The flat is well appointed with everything you’d need, including kitchen equipment. Quiet area of the city, so we got a good nights sleep. Very good and polite communication from the owner. Overall very positive.

Cons: When looking at the map I got the impression it was a bit more central (my fault), which made the price seem perfect but I do think it is a shade over priced for the reality of the location - not far from town but also not central either. It was a little hard to find - due to the building name not being clearly marked on any of the communication I received (I may have missed it but I looked through all the emails and could only find the flat number). You have to collect the keys from a nearby store which is fine but there are two branches almost equal distance away so we had to check which - this could be clearer.

Value for money is great, will book again if the prices stay the same

Pros: Honestly the location was great, i enjoyed walking back and forth from the city center to the apartmetn only like what 20 mins slow walking too. The apartment is really well equiped, bed and pillows are comfy, heating was great, i would close the bed room door and it would heat up in like 15 mins. The security of the building is also really good, i was very surprised

Cons: Personally I would like the couch to have a blanket, or like a throw that you can use as a blanket, i dont see a reason to bother the hosts for more blankets, even tho they accomodated me right away, or for me to bring the bed comforter back and forth in between rooms. Also a bathroom mat, like outside the bathtub, would be bad, just so people dont slip and water doesnt go everywhere

Pros: the safety and cleanliness and size of the property

Cons: I expected it to be nearer to the city center

Pros: New property, spacious and good facilities in a quiet area.

Cons: Key collection was poorly organized due to timing, we had said we’d arrive between 4-5 and were told by the store we couldn’t collect them till half 4, after a few calls and being hung up on… we managed to get this sorted. We couldn’t get the heating to work despite following instructions. There were a few maintenance issues that could be fixed, paint work, dirty marks/hand prints on wall and ceiling, no light shade. It was outside the city centre but only a short walk away.
