Pros: nowoczesne, europejskie, dobrze wyposażone, przestronne mieszkanie idealne dla pary, czystość na wysokim poziomie, dodatkowa bezpłatna usługa transferu z lotniska usprawniła dotarcie do obiektu mimo położenia mieszkania obok ruchliwej trasy hałas nie był słyszalny 15 minut spokojnego spaceru od centrum nie wszystkim może pasować ale nie było problemem dla leniwych przystanek komunikacji publicznej pod blokiem

Cons: okolica pustawa i niezbyt przyjemna (wokoło bałagan i ruiny jakiś fabryk/zakładów pracy), brak infrastruktury (sklepów i gastronomii), najbliższy tego typu obiekt ok. pół km od mieszkania kwestia odbioru i zdania kluczy powinna być rozwiązana bardziej korzystnie; sklep, który jest miejscem odbioru i zdania kluczy jest zlokalizowany ok. pół kilometra od obiektu (trzeba się tam po prostu dostać pieszo) odległość może i nie jest problemem ale sprawa się komplikuje gdy musisz opuścić mieszkanie wcześnie z uwagi np. na wczesny lot; wówczas nie bardzo jest jak klucze zostawić bo sklep jest otwarty od 6:00 i nie ma opcji pozostawienia kluczy wcześniej. Podobnie przy odbiorze; jeśli np. samolot się spóźni i dotrzesz na miejsce po 23:00 kluczy nie odbierzesz bo sklep jest zamknięty sugestia dla gospodarza: zamontować kodowaną skrzynkę do samodzielnego pobierania/zdawania klucza po przesłaniu kodu e-mailem lub sms-em
