Excellent property, just clear up your deposit procedure on the main booking process through booking.com

Pros: Excellent spacious property, perfect for large group

Cons: Deposit felt somewhat hidden. May be in the Ts&Cs somewhere but states during booking process it requires a £100 deposit. This isn’t true. This is a MINIMUM deposit, and they actually charge £50 per person. To have £500 taken out for a deposit is quite a sting.

Pros: I booked this room for my hen do and I was amazed at the value for money! The room is very spacious, looks stunning and made a perfect venue for my hen party

Perfect for hen party!

Pros: Spacious, great for my hen party! Good space. Clean bathrooms, very comfy clean beds.

Cons: There was issues with some of the communications prior to arrival when trying to book cocktail class and pay security deposit but it got sorted in the end and didn’t effect the overall stay which was perfect.

Would highly recommend for a hen party in a safe space in a great location for a night out

Pros: A warm welcome on arrival, large comfortable beds and a lovely and warm room upon arrival. The staff were helpful and accommodating during our stay. Overall very clean and has plenty of facilities to use, i.e. toilet roll, towels etc. The bar was an added bonus as was the large TV that we could bluetooth our music to. The location was perfect for Matthew Street going out at night and 24hr desk offered a safe space for a group of girls with someone always there to help with queries.

Cons: I couldn't find fault with this room itself. The lift was not operational when we arrived as the housekeeper wasn't around which was a shame with all our bags needing to be taken downstairs but not a massive problem.

Fantastic stay

Pros: Perfect for a group stay. We came for a 60th birthday, there were 14 of us in the property and it was amazing! 2 bathrooms 2 showers. Beds were comfy, brilliant sound system which is easily connected by Bluetooth. Towels provided. There are tea and coffee facilities and more importantly a large bar fridge!! The bar area is fab. will definitely be returning.

Cons: The floor in the bar area was a bit sticky so maybe needs a little more intense cleaning
