That's simple, we all loved it and we will recommend it and we would all book again.
Pros: The property was rental only but there was a supply of tea, coffee, milk and sugar to make us feel at home on arrival. The owner of the cafe beneath the property was helpful and obliging when asked for advice and the food was great, hot and priced right, always good to be able to grab a bite and take it into the property without having to cook. A taxi to the city centre (UBER) was only £7.00, the pier head is within walking distance. A short drive to China Town and excellent food, the Cavern and Mathew Street a 25 min walk away and the best selection of art galleries, museums, theatres and pubs you are ever likely to find in one place. Back at the property there is plenty of space for everyone with a spacious community room and a drinking shed style bar and all decorated with a nautical theme. There is a choice of shower room, single toilet or full bathroom, in short, bath the way you like to. The kitchen has almost all you will ever need to be the perfect host/hostess.
Cons: It would be hard to be very critical as we were extremely happy with the full package but, we did find it rather awkward trying to share one fork between 6 people, a revamped cutlery box would make good, better. The beds were clean and comfortable, the heating was warm and effective, towels were supplied in plenty and there was a great big telly or two. The internet however couldn't be found but, in today's society, we all have adequate data on the old mobile.

Pros: Good communication. Perfect for groups heading out in Liverpool.
Cons: The entrance area isn't the most inviting.

Brilliant, would stay again.
Pros: The property is great for, large groups, there are four bedrooms with ten single beds spread across those rooms, ideal for our group of 7. There is a good kitchen area with the facilities you need for an overnight stay, there was even tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets available. There were two toilets and two showers all clean and tidy with individual shower gels etc also plenty of toilet rolls available. Each bed had a towel and individual shower gel on. The location is excellent a 20 minute walk to Matthew Street, with plenty of on street parking at no cost. There was a lounge with a bench seat and a bar area with a table and chairs. As a group we thought it was an ideal property for our requirements.
Cons: Once you pay the property the full amount, you don’t hear off them, which I found worrying, however they answered my emails promptly. The other concern was not receiving check in details until the day of arrival, I understand why, however an email stating this maybe good as it is a worry and not an email saying, check in details will be sent ahead of your arrival, as when you have paid a large amount of money for a two night stay, and you hear nothing until the morning of arrival it is a concern.

Pros: Rooms were all a good size with good lighting and many power sockets. Good living spaces to socialise and good facilities for breakfast.
Cons: Something out of their control but would have liked more showers.

Very enjoyable and it was great for the price!
Pros: It was a good location, easy walk into the city. It was nice to have communal spaces to all hang out. Loved the antique shop across the road, found some great jewellery!
Cons: The lounge needs more comfy chairs as you can't sit in a line on a straight sofa and chat as a large group. Also, as the markings have rubbed off the cooker we had to guess the hobs etc, some written instructions would be useful. But other than that everything was great!
