Prima accomodatie, in een nieuw complex

Pros: Het appartement was nieuw en comfortabel. De bedden waren goed. De ligging van het appartement is prima, het centrum is op loopafstand. De klantenservice was goed bereikbaar en erg vriendelijk.

Cons: Bij een van de toiletten was de doortrekker in de muur afwezig, en bij een van de douches was de temperatuur moeilijk of niet in te stellen. Qua onderhoud had dit beter gekund

Buen piso, muy agradable pero con pequeñas deficiencias

Pros: La ubicación fantástica, el tamaño del piso y de las habitaciones, la cocina muy cómoda, las camas confortables.

Cons: La limpieza regular y el trato del personal muy deficiente. El sofá cama no tenía sábanas y llamamos para que nos las facilitaran y, de muy malas maneras, nos dijeron que sí había y se negaron a dárnosla. Puedo asegurar que no había, habían unas en una bolsa pero sucias y lo único que había limpio para el sofá era una funda de edredón. Las tuvimos que comprar nosotros. Toallas también tuvimos que comprar un par pues habían pocas.
