amazing and helpful staff, great customer service, really comfortable bed and very clean

Pros: lovely and clean property, the staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful, with adding another person onto my booking, sorted us out quickly and conveniently, great prices too considering i booked the property on new year’s eve would definitely stay here again

Very clean and comfortable and a really efficient way of getting into property and my room.

Pros: Very clean. Super efficient method of checking into room. Location was excellent and a good price.

Cons: Remote batteries wouldn’t work so couldn’t watch tv ( there were no manual tv controls )

Great value for money and lovely rooms, I would stay again

Pros: One of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in, fast responses when I messaged with questions, easy to access, good sized rooms and really clean.

Cons: The location wasn’t great, but was easy enough to find and a quick uber drive away from the city centre
