Host & Stay - York Place Apt

All in all excellent. Few issues with hot water for shower but nothing major!

Pros: Very friendly shopkeepers where we had to pick up/drop of keys.

Cons: If travelling by train with/without luggage quite a distance to pick keys up then go to appt Short ride in taxi for both journeys but time consuming. Not sure why keys couldn't be left in lock box in the main building considering there is 24hr security within. However, this dies not put us off returning!

Great location and well stocked

Pros: Great location close to Liverpool One and Duke Street. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom with most things that you may need.

Cons: The key collection and delivery point is little car ride away. Would be a faff on foot or on public transport. Apartment is lovely but either the air con or drains were occasionally kicking out strange smells- but our visit was during a storm so the drains could've been playing up?

Pros: I recently stayed at this property, and overall, the location and the comfort of the place were great. It really felt like a home away from home.

Cons: However, I was disappointed to find that there was no hairdryer, which is something I expected given the variety of other amenities available. It was a bit of a letdown.

Great value for money, modern & big apt in central location

Pros: Big and modern apartment in the Heart of Liverpool. Very comfortable and well equipped, quiet side street.

Central well appointed apartment in Ropewalks neighbourhood

Pros: Location is central to attractions, bars, cafes, shopping. Liverpool is a very walkable city and you are well placed to explore from the Ropewalks area. Our family of four stayed five nights and loved the spacious living area. The kitchen was well equipped for food prep with several supermarkets close by. Despite being central to everything, the building and surrounding areas were very private and quiet. Pre arrival communication was detailed and helpful.

Cons: Only that key collection and drop off was a bit of a hike in the opposite direction to Lime Street train station and wonder if there might be a more convenient alternative.

Pros: City centre location & facilities in the apartment

Cons: Check in & check out not at the apartment

Cons: the water in the bathroom was boiling hot, even after changing the temperature settings

Pros: Lovely cosy apartment, very clean and modern. All facilities available, near amenities and very central in Liverpool. Lovely and helpful staff!

Perfection

Pros: The apartment is cozy and relly well equiped. 10 minute walk from Albert Dock and basically any centric landmark is within walking distance. But the best part is the team behind it, who was always available and welcoming for any of our questions. Sometimes a 10 is something that must be given, and this is one of those times!

Lovely apartment in city centre

Pros: Lovely apartment, modern and clean. In the centre of Liverpool.

Cons: Nothing apartment was great.
