Pros: First ever time doing a air B&B and it was fantastic, would totally recommend staying in this place, it was lovely and cosy and had everything you needed for are stay, thank you ever so much for having us

Pros: Very clean and tidy attention to detail. Would definitely stop again. Better than many hotels. It was a home from home experience

Cons: The beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom drains had an unpleasant smell. If it wasn't for these two issues we would have no faults

Pros: Very comfortable beds , although all single. We were here for the Lytham festival. A lovely village. We bused in and out easily. For 2 couples it suited us well. Everything was great. 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets. , modern and clean..

Cons: Nothing at all to complain about but a full length mirror would of been great.
