Beach Apartments - 1st Floor Cleveleys

Pros: Lovely and clean and everything we could possibly need

Pros: The beds were really comfy, the facilities were clean and easy to use. The property was fit for our purpose. We had a very pleasant stay. It was walking distance to the high street in Cleveleys which was great.

Cons: The living room door handles for both sides were hanging on and so kept coming off (some DIY needed). There was a stain at the bottom of the shower. Unfortunately there was only one mug and only enough seating for 3 people, despite it sleeping up to 5 adults.

Great apartment

Pros: Huge and can fit a large family, modern furniture & decor, WiFi, TV, great location and parking, owner was very nice with help getting into thr property and general communication. You have to send a deposit £100 directly to the owner but they will send it back once you have left and property inspected.

Cons: White bed linen was very grey, worried it hasn't been washed or was very, very used. Found someone's glasses by bedside table floor in main bedroom, worried room hadn't been cleaned. No bathroom soap in dispenser.

Excellent

Pros: Well presented , very clean and tidy. Easy to find and good parking. Just a short walk to a really good pub.

Cons: We struggled with the key lock system.

Pros: Excellent location. Ideally placed for getting the tram in to Blackpool.

Pros: Good quiet location,within 10 mins walk to seafront and shops. A nice spacious apartment with plenty of room,and good kitchen facilities. Easy access to pick up the keys from a digital lockbox. Nearby parking is a bonus,there is space off-street at side of apartment by front door for a car and in front of the shop beneath,or directly opposite on street if the hairdresser business below had parked on the front during the day. A few minor niggles but overall very good value for money,and would stay again.

Cons: Basic cleaning could have been better,which let it down slightly-some carpets weren't very well hoovered,some dirt and dust on some skirting and behind bedside cabinets,and hall entrance area was a bit tatty. A few knocks and chips on painted walls let it down in places,and could do with being touched up. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom are very creaky in places,and could do with looking at. Front entrance door handle was a bit loose and needs looking at. The TV was a little tricky to set up,certainly for non-techy people like us! All are very minor issues that are easily rectified,and we would stay again.

Pros: Perfect location and close to the beach and high street . Easy to park . Newly furnished bathroom and kitchen area .

Cons: The stairs were a bit creaky up to the loft bedroom .

Lovely clean apartment, in ideal location for Cleveleys and surrounding.

Pros: Lovely apartment, well thought out, even considerations for children (as a father noted, though not applicable for this trip.) Location for sea front and high street was perfect.

Roomy, clean apartment with good links to blackpool

Pros: Clean apartment, very roomy even for a family of 4. Heating in every room with clear instructions of how to use (one button to press!). Left us out a kettle, teabags, coffee, sugar, dish soap, hand soap, tea towel etc. Fully operational fridge, tv and shower. Short walk to the seafront and the tram station for easy links to Fleetwood or Blackpool Highly recommend
