Highly recommend

Pros: Lovely quiet place to stay, near to to the beach and the shops. We loved it and will be back.

Pros: Everything! The flat is in a great location that is a very short walk from the centre of Cleveleys and the tram stop for West Drive. It is situated in a very quiet street and is lovely, clean and cosy. The bed is very comfortable and and we slept so well. Lots of nice touches like tea and coffee and even milk in the fridge. Good communication with Brenda. Such a good price for what you get. Very highly recommended. I would definitely stay here again and that says everything.

Cons: Nothing to dislike apart from having to leave!

Wonderful and the perfect choice

Pros: Impeccably clean, wonderful location - 5 minutes from the nearest tram stop - Westdrive. Loved the addition of milk already in the fridge, plus tea/coffee, and a small selection of bathroom items incase you forgot your own. Would absolutely recommend.

Nice little flat.

Pros: Lovely quiet area. Clean and relaxed flat. Parking was nice and easy. Not far to walk to the shops. There was milk in the fridge and a couple of chocolate biscuits there when we arrived which was a lovely touch. We had a great stay.

Cons: A couple of windows couldn't be opened which was a shame but being winter it was not to much of an issue. It would have made venting out the flat in a day a little easier though.

Pros: Lovely quiet location. Literally a quick overnight stop on our way further up North.

Pros: Close to all amenities has everything you need we've stayed here quite a few times now and when we're coming to Cleveleys for the weekend we always try to book this place

Quiet, convenient, well furnished location

Pros: Comfortable, quiet location with parking and easy access into Blackpool. Good value for money. Only stayed one night to see a show, on our way home from a holiday elsewhere. Short drive from property to sea front in Cleveleys, had a very bracing walk with fantastic views towards the Lakes and Morecambe Bay, on arrival. Didn’t try any of the bars or restaurants there. Property in quiet street 5 min walk from tram stop.

Cons: Felt a bit cold, particularly in the morning.

A well-provisioned flat in a quiet and convenient location

Pros: The flat is in a quiet and respectable neighbourhood, it felt safe walking to and from it day or night. It is self-catering and so we were free to come and go whenever. One day we ate out for breakfast, the other two days made our own there in the kitchen. I had to request a larger frying pan than the one that was in the cupboard and Brenda dropped it off for us. Lots of provisions such as tea, coffee, milk and a couple of sweet treats. (Though we'd brought our own milk) Washing up liquid and cloths etc provided too. Various toiletries provided, thankfully, I'd forgotten my shampoo! There's an electric fire if you feel cold and heats the place well. Dimmable lights! Everything you could need was provided.

Cons: The towels in the bathroom smelled damp to begin with, prior to use. The eiderdown duvet was way too warm for me. Kitchen cupboards and drawers need a clean.
