Reads Avenue - Luxury Ground Floor Studio - Next Door to H&A Social Club

Pros: The apartment had a lovely atmosphere, it was cosy and warm, smelt amazing and the bed was so so comfortable. There was also a couple of additional touches made to the room which were nice. The location was perfect and it was very quiet. The apartment is also dog freindly, where my Jax was very comfortable too! I'd definitely stay again.

Nice apartment could be stocked better for self catering but won’t be returning

Pros: Lovely host apartment clean and for the price we feel offered good value added extras by host I thought lovely tea coffee chocolate biscuits bottle of wine plus fresh milk in fridge nice gesture

Cons: Few more kitchen utensils Had to ask for a toaster needs a light by the kitchen a motion sensor light by the front door so you can see to get in at night and see the steps would be helpful Had a issue with upstairs dog being walked at 3 am and after midnight the 2 nights before which disturbed our dogs who then barked and disturbed the hosts dogs discussed this with host and was assured nothing would be said till we had left 10 minutes later woman who we hadn’t met (assume the owner ) came and said she had spoken to the other people and they told her it wasn’t there dogs I feel this was very inappropriate and put myself and my daughter (who is disabled in a vulnerable situation and felt let down after being told nothing would be said and the other tenants wouldn’t know who it was I feel this is poor management and could of gone badly also not a nice situation to be put in whilst still there this has completely put us off returning
