Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The interior was modern and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was excellent — convenient and close to Winter Gardens (as we came for a dance competition, this was very important for us).

Pros: The property is very well equipped and great comfy sofa in lounge. Feels secure as downstairs keypad entrance as well as your own secure front door The fittings in kitchen and bathrooms are of a high standard and show hardly any sign of wear and tear. 3 small double bedrooms but perfect for our needs Very warm - I don’t think we turned heating on once while we were there even though it was January The electric fire in lounge looks great on even if it’s only the flame setting without the heat About 15 min walk to Winter Gardens Parked at pay n display carpark about 50m from house although you can park outside to drop your bags etc off but restricted to 2 hrs

Cons: The mattress’s could do with an upgrade - u could feel the springs and not the most comfortable

Lovely property with great facilities!

Pros: Lovely and clean. Good facilities. Not far to walk to esplanade. Nice and cosy. Thought of almost everything you would need. Very pleasant stay.

Cons: Would be better with an L Shaped sofa to provide more comfortable seating as only 2 people could sit on sofa comfortably. Tiling front step and maybe a planter would enhance the first impressions but it was lovely inside. Not a criticism just an observation. Oh and a chopping board unless we missed it as we didn't want to damage the lovely worktops.

Perfect family trip

Pros: Perfect apartment for visiting blackpool. super modern with perfect facilities. really liked the layout and the tv in the kitchen. Location was great with a short couple minutes walk to the main parts of blackpool

Pros: Flat 2.Great location. Rooms were modern,spacious and clean. Beds were very comfy. Key codes well communicated. Nice touches such as washing up liquid,hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls etc. Clean fluffy towels. Good heating system and plenty of hot water. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Flat 2. Main front room tv has really poor signal unable to watch. Floor boards in hallway creak loudly. Kettle and toaster need replacing, had to use pan for boiling water, needs a few more utensils such as scissors and sharp knives. No permits for parking available. Quilt cover in bedroom 3 had small rip. All the above are minor issues that could be very easily sorted and didn't spoil our stay.

Pros: Lovely apartment, very spacious for a family of 4. The front room and fire place was very cosy.

Lovely stay to catch-up with friends in a nice flat.

Pros: Not too far from central Blackpool/Blackpool Tower. Houndshill Shopping Ctre & trams nearby too. Was good to have 2 well-appointed bathrooms between us.

Cons: Just little things but maybe provide drinks coasters for the glass coffee table & also clothes hooks on the backs of the bathroom doors. And there were far too many cushions on the beds with nowhere to put them when not being used!
