Pros: Everything about this property is to be commended. Having stayed in other accomodation in Barrow, this one far exceeds the rest. It was clean, modern, well stocked with all essentials like towels, bathroom facilities and washing facilities. Tobi was an amazing host throughout the stay, quick to reply and on hand to amend anything in a heartbeat if needed. I would highly recommend this property for large groups staying in Barrow. It is central and in a good area.

Cons: There is nothing I did not like. From start to finish, the accomodation and host could not be faulted.

Pros: This property was very spacious, it felt like a home away from home. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Tobi was a great host and the check in was nice and easy.

Cons: On check out we were 2 minutes late and the cleaning lady arrived I opened the door she never spoke but then she came in and went straight upstairs to the bedroom while our things were still in there ,not very professional .

Enjoyable short break.

Pros: Good parking, everything we needed, comfortable beds, excellent communication with hosts.

Cons: Could have done with a second toilet with seven of us staying there.

Nice large property easily suited our family of seven.

Pros: Good size bedrooms and beds were nicely made up. Bathroom was good and plenty of fresh towels. Accommodation was very close to Barrow town centre. Overall we were happy with this accommodation and would stay again.

Cons: Parking in the back street and sometimes this was not available as other cars had Parked in that spot. The large wheelie bin was full on our arrival which required us to hold onto our rubbish until the bin was emptied.

Comfortable, Spacious, and Homely

Pros: The rooms were spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Very well decorated. The kitchen was well equipped, including dish towel, cloth, tea, sugar, etc. Netflix in the bedrooms with great TVs. The owner kept in touch both before during and after and extremely helpful and approachable. The house is central to the town and is close to the Barrow train station. Will certainly return. It is an ideal place if you have a large family.

Cons: This won't apply to many, but to keep in mind. There are no bedrooms or toilets on the ground floor, so if you have someone with mobility issues, this could cause difficulties. Thankfully, the bathroom was on the first floor, as were two bedrooms. There was also a sturdy hand rail. therefore, this did help.

Nice spacious property

Pros: Good facilities and beautifully decorated property. I liked how spacious it was, and the tvs in all the bedrooms with Netflix was a nice touch.

Cons: One issue we had was the semi frosted glass on the bathroom door - the shower is right opposite the door too so it doesn’t feel like you have much privacy when you use the bathroom as you can practically see through the door. The property itself was great but the area isn’t. We went for the weekend and in the evening there wasn’t anything for the family to do in the area, really dead place. And you don’t feel safe just walking around, we went to the nearby beach and there was a group of youth on loud bikes with balaclavas looking to rob people.

Perfect for the whole family

Pros: Fantastic property in a great central location. Tobi is a great host who gave us more than enough information about the property and surrounding areas. Netflix and WiFi were a great touch. Keys were a easy and safe pick up, house was perfectly tidy and bigger than expected. Plenty of room for the whole family. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a place to stay in that area. Would like to say a massive thank you to Tobi again as he went above and beyond to make sure we were having a comfortable stay.
