Pros: Absolutely brilliant. Accidentally booked apartment without a kitchen. Rang up and was moved across the corridor free of charge. Meant so much as my partner is going through chemo and needed to avoid eating out. Fantastic service.

Pros: Studio is in a great location. Staff were very helpfull . Good size room which had everything we needed.

Cons: Cobbles not good for me but in such a historic city you cant get away from them.

Cons: I was on the ground floor so noisy with people coming in & out. Bathroom - needs some TLC with broken tiles & lumpy ceiling. Sink was blocked & the bathroom smelt of sewage!

Pros: Location is great for getting around town. It is close to the bus station and the railway station. I didn't use the dedicated parking area near the accommodation which is for residence only and can be booked with the stay (cost is additional though). The accommodation was clean, good shower and comfortable bed.

Cons: I experienced some noise - probably due to the Food and Drink Festival being on in Lancaster over the holiday weekend

I was quite pleased with the accommodations, the kitchenette, and the location.

Pros: The location was absolutely ideal -- close to shopping and the castle, and very easy to get to from the train station. The suite was quite large with king size bed and very nice bathroom. The kitchenette was very handy and saved me lot of money because I prepared my own meals rather than eating in pricey restaurants. Also the coffee machine and supplied coffee pods were quite welcome and the coffee was delicious.

Cons: The hot water handle on the kitchen sink faucet was loose and tended to fall off although I easily overcame the problem. The shower drain was quite plugged up and the floor of the shower cubicle filled to capacity quickly. However, I mentioned both problems to management who seemed quite concerned and vowed to fix the problems. The only other thing I would suggest is to supply a box of facial tissues or a roll of paper towels and perhaps some packs of salt and pepper.

Pros: Small but perfectly formed studio apartment. Spotlessly clean and central to all facilities

Cons: No sink plugs, shower over bath is a strange position so did not use
