Would definitely go back to this location

Pros: Property was situated off the street, very quiet patio area was lovely! Very private. Staff kept in contact via Whatapp which was great, no unnecessary room cleaning, requested only what we needed and was left in the room for when we returned after a day out.

Brilliant customer service and prefect getaway

Pros: Everything. Tucked away behind the high street, very quiet and relaxing with food and drinks on your doorstep if you wanted to venture out. The room was very clean, nice touch with the drinks included in the fridge. The staff who I spoke to were exceptional! Great communication, quick to reply to any questions. I messed up and gave the wrong reg for the car park, I messaged them and took less than 24hrs to have it waivered. Brilliant customer service.

Absolutely stunning. 100% booking again

Pros: Absolutely everything. Booked this as a surprise weekend for my partners birthday and we already can’t wait to come back. Everywhere spotless, comfiest bed ever, hot tub easy to use, amazing location and the best and easiest communication I’ve had. The fridge was fully stocked with drinks including beer and prosecco which is such a lovely touch, they also decorated for my partners birthday free of charge. They clearly really care about what they do and definitely go above and beyond. If you’re considering booking to stay here just do it!!!

Nice and relaxing

Pros: Easy check in. Room lovely and clean. Had an issue with the door, phoned reception and they sent someone straight away and problem was resolved. Hot tub was fantastic. Bed was comfortable. Complimentary drinks in fridge were a nice touch.

very comforting and very lovely

Pros: everything it made the perfect getaway for a weekened celebrating both a birthday and anniversary. also the staff were so helpful always communicating with any troubles or to even help decorate the room before hand with me having not enough time with work.
