Pros: The quality of the facilities The responsiveness of the staff when there was an issue

Cons: Key didn't work at first which was annoying, but staff was very responsive about fixing the issue ASAP so it wasn't too bad. Would have been nice to have bins jn the bedrooms but that's just being nitpicky aha.
