Absolutely spot on

Pros: Breakfast was great and such a choice. Rooms were large and clean. Location was absolutely spot on for the Winter Gardens

Brilliant

Pros: All the staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Didn’t eat, but had a drink in the bar, good selection of hot drinks and a good selection of alcohol and soft drinks.

Refreshing for Blackpool

Pros: I'm a local (Fleetwood) and booked this hotel last minute as we had an early train to London the next morning. Check-in and out was easy and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Our double room with a sofa bed was reasonably priced, clean, and the beds were comfortable. We ate at Platform 9 in the evening and the menu was solid. It's so refreshing to see a lovely new hotel in Blackpool in an area that is seeing a lot of regeneration.

Cons: Nothing, but we stayed on Monday night which was fairly quiet. I can imagine it might be different if staying over a weekend.

Beautiful modern hotel

Pros: Really clean and modern building in a great location. Bed was really comfortable. Really good breakfast

Cons: We were in a disabled room so we had no bath which was the only disappointment. Not sure if this was because we had a dog. Was really disappointed that we weren’t made aware that we had to pay £20 per night for the dog plus a £30 deposit. This should have been highlighted when booked on the booking.com site

Surprisingly good

Pros: Staff at the hotel were all super friendly and helpful. From front desk to housekeeping and all the restaurant staff. Bedrooms are spacious, well equipped, comfy beds and sparkling clean bathroom.

Cons: Restaurant / room service only until 9pm for hot food which was not great as we arrived closed to 9pm and were hungry! Also gym could be a little bigger, there was only one tread which was fine as I was the only person to use it but could be a bit bigger or get a deal with the big gym across the road!

Fabulous hotel in Central Blackpool

Pros: Everything. From entering reception, super room, excellent breakfast buffet. All staff were came into contact were friendly, helpful and professional.

Cons: If I'm bring very very picky, the coffee at breakfast was weak.
