Decent room, recommended for single travelers.
Pros: It's nice room in a residential area close to Anfield Stadium, typical English house totally recommended if you're a Liverpool fan, best area to stay. There are also supermarkets close, a bit far from the city center, however easily reachable by bus- 20 minutes more or less. There are mostly permanent residents in the house, most were nice, can't complain, there is a decent living room and kitchen, which has the basic items and kitchen ware needed if you want to cook to save some money while you're here.
Cons: This specific room is pretty basic, the window doesn't have much of a view at all, it's a bit cold but the blanket is thick enough. While there was no didn't have an electric socket inside it, there are many available throughout the house and in the hallway. I'd say it's decent if you would like a bit more privacy than a hostel at a decent price.

ideal if looking for cheap place to stay for night if coming to Liverpool to watch an evening match
Pros: perfect location near Anfield Stadium, ideal for those visiting Liverpool and needing a cheap place to stay nearby for the night if attending an evening game like a midweek Premiership match or European home game.
Cons: Getting into the place is difficult. You need the owners to contact you providing codes to get in. But the lock used at the front of the house is difficult to use. You need to lower the black cover bit that shows a combination. input the code, then hold down the little black level thing next to the numbers, and at the same time hold down the black cover bit so that entire front piece unlocks and keys are inside. I couldn't do it and had to call the owner and resorted to knocking on the door and having someone who was in there helping me and showing me how it works. The rooms are cold too. There's no plug socket in my room so couldn't charge my phone. Other than that, it did the job seeing I was there for the night.
